These goals has been achieved by organization like Lastminute.com in way that it has focused
over factors like politics, economics , social, environment and legal. These factors makes an
organization like Lastminute.com develop as per market perspective(Lee and Jan, 2019). Politics
is an important factors for sustainable development as if due to any reason government policies
are rigid the organization would not be able to perform business more effectively. In relation to
economic factor if economic growth is not positive then organization always lacks funds which
makes business collapse. Social factors have tendencies to impact growth of an organization.
Environmental factors these are those factors which are based upon protecting brand image of an
organization that is important for growth of organization at global level. Then comes legal
factors which is based upon making an organization like Lastminute.com work as per laws which
has been formed by government which makes sustainable development possible (Boluk and
Rasoolimanesh, 2022). In relation to first goal that is no poverty organization has created job

second goal which is Zero hunger Lastminute.com has been doing free food camps in order to
feed hungry and poor people which made it more sustainable in-terms of long term growth. Then

income customers, who are the most portions of consumers of this industry. Thus, along with the
previous two forces, the economic goals should also be kept in mind and proper actions needed
to be taken by Lastminute.com to make the maximum profit from the customers.
The organization has make sure that sewage treatment plants are installed which has helped in
making waste management done and also purifiers are installed within its workplace which make
clean an pure water provided to its employees(Ristić, Vukoičić and Milinčić 2019).
Lastminute.com has achieved long term sustainability by making sure that its booking system
does not include any kind of paper work which creates environmental friendly process involved
within it. Through the aspect business has reached to various customers making sustainable
development achieved by the organization. Then Lastminute.com has made affordable flight
tickets which attracted customer making it attain long term sustainability. Now education
become more important factor for a people survival because it help reduce the illiteracy level of
nation and if people become literate then unemployment level also decreases and people having
great life for their survival and this will indirectly impact the economy of nation (Kapera, 2018).
The UN has responsibility that they promote the education importance and provide education in
free to those people who can’t afford money for their education. This will improve the living
standard of people so that they survive a better life and they will donate and help the nation to
improve their economy conditions. In nation the gender related issue is increased between the
people of society because people have different mindset regarding the different gender because
male gender think that female gender is not applicable to perform the male work in the public
and female thinking is that male don’t perform the work of female so this is very important for
UN to make a equality gender in society then only it is possible to that people start treating each
gender equal they respect their each other work in society (Kokilashvili and Khasaia, 2019).
People health illness is increased due to unhygienic they drink dirt water and this will lead to
death of people because it will create a problem for in stomach and people will not survive for
long-term so for this management of UN have to provide the hygienic things to those people who
will not able to afford or maintain hygiene so that their life line will increase and they sustain
long term in this world. In UK the people don’t have that much of income so that they maintain
the affordable and clean energy for them they live in a slum areas where the insects are grown
and they don’t have cemented roof on their head to hide from raining season when the rain come
then people will suffer from a problem that they don’t have safe place to protect them from this

rain. The UN government have to give a solution for that people so that they can protect from the
raining water because it will affect the human body very badly because rain water contain acid in
it. Poverty line people don’t have much income to support the economic condition of nation for
that reason the economic condition is very bad so UN management have to give pay role job in
which they earn that much amount so that they support the economic condition of country. If
poverty people start donating in economic then nation of economic condition grow and
developed. If in a country the industry and infrastructure is not well maintained then it will cause
a problem of unemployment and people start facing problem for survival. The UN has to build
better infrastructure in the nation so that it will increase the employment opportunity and people
have a good life for their survival. If innovation of the nation is good then it will developed more
in future because innovation never stop and people innovate new things to develop more things
in market so that people always get new opportunity in market. In nation the people do inequality
related to regions, cast and their standard level this is big issue in nation which will have to
resolve by the UN organization because if it will not stop then inn future it will create mess and
people don’t want to see different regions people in their society(Saarinen, 2018)(Scheyvens,
2018). So if nation don’t want to happen this situation in future then they have to procure this in
current only that change people mind in the society that every religious is same and caste does
not matter for the people the people character is decide by their nature and behavior. The UN
must focus on growing profession and enterprise opportunities, secure and low-cost housing, and
constructing resilient societies and economies. It entails funding in public transport, growing
inexperienced public spaces, and enhancing the city by making plans and control in participatory
and inclusive ways. The nation of consumption and production is very important because it is
very important that consumption is must equal to the production in market then only it is possible
to meet the demand of the society. The UN management has get responsibility to consumption
and production must equal so that it will able to fulfill those needs which is necessary for the
people that management must equal the demand and supply. In some nation people will face
many problem due to climate because if areas will covered with flood then they have to face
many problem and they don’t left their rooftop on their head so for this UN management have to
provide a safe to these people so that they survive long-term and they live happily (Sharpley,
2020). It is very essential that UN management have to full all those goals which are important
for the development of nation.
