I am working as a school bus driver for very long period of time and I am planning to
open a restaurant in near future which is related to the Latin Food restaurant. The primary reason
behind this is that the ever increasing popularity of ethnic foods in the people. I do have the
knowledge about Latin foods because my past generation has guide me for these types of foods
during my school day time. since then, I attain specific information about the Latin food such as
marinated entire-muscle costs of beef, chicken or pan-seared with fresh Latin ingredients. The
best part of this ideas behind is knowledge of fresh ingredients and innovative flavour
combination of regional dishes from my Ancestor. I attain all kind of experience to start this
types of restaurant. As a start-up it will be great experience to fulfil all the essential food demand
of the people. All the vital arrangement which are needed for the start-up business is planned
accordingly will necessary resources those are used while starting of the business.

The above menu for the restaurant is being taken as on assumption base which would be
expected to be made as per the demand of the customers. The main aspects upon which required
to provide emphasis while starting this Latin food restaurant is its ambiance, food quality, music
and staff. Most of the time needed to spend in kitchen in looking to introduce new innovative
ideas in cuisine which will assist me to draw the attention of maximum people into the
restaurant. The location which is most suitable for attraction of large number of individuals that

to locate the restaurant at the place which provides Sea-view and provides pleasant view to
customers and staff members. The total number of workforce required to setup successful
restaurant includes 10 co-workers within which 2 of them are working as chef, 2 cleaning staff, 3
waiters, 1 accountant, 1 manager and 1 is acting as receptionist. Yes, it should be considered as
one of the most inviting place because the ambiance of the restaurant is so attractive that forced
people to visit once at restaurant. In the day time, sound of sea waves provide people place to
relax freely and at night light and sound effect can lead to make restaurant more beautiful as
compare to other.
From my job of school bus driver, I have learned various learnings which helped in
advancing my job as an entrepreneur. Earning a Sufficient amount of salary helped me to gain
importance of money and time limitations involved in driver job assisted me to be punctual.
Working at a same position for eight years requires a lot of patience. These qualities of
punctuality, integrity and patience are the key factors which helped me in establishing my own
restaurant. Goal of establishing my own restaurant seed in my mind when I started my
occupation but I preferred to work as a school driver as it helped building a foundation for my
career. These are some basic requirements which are required to be fulfilled by me while
pursuing my dream about opening of new Latin food restaurant.
