The aim of this report is to critically analyze the enterprise information system with
the purpose to elaborate the operational features of that nominated enterprise. Followed by
this aspect it has been noticed that in order to explain the above selected topic the Latureae
enterprise case scenario has been taken. Considering the above aspects, after a thorough
investigation it has been noticed that the nominated enterprise is a healthcare and wellness
organization which holds the objective to bring wellness to everyone. Along with this it has
been noticed that in the year 2000 Latureae has been introduced to the population. While
initiating this enterprise operations the authorities of the enterprise has expressed their
interest towards developing such organization which will surely impact the wellness aspect in
future. Followed by this investigation it has been also noticed that the nominated organization
offers several services for wellness which includes the services related to the expertise on the
body minerals, vitamins as well as the nutrients. The investigation has also mentioned that the
organization works with providing natural solutions to the addressed problems. Considering
these aspects this paper will focus on the elaborating the enterprise activities with the purpose
to analyze its effectiveness. Followed by this aspect it will further discuss about the
nominated activities by applying the porter’s value chain model in which it will discuss the
business activities and its effectiveness.

value chain model it has significantly identified that how the operations of this organization
has created the values present in the organization as well as how those identified values
develops enhancement in the organizational effectiveness. Followed by this investigation it
has been noticed that it has effectively differentiated two types of activities which includes
the primary activities and the secondary activities. After investigating these three activities a
detail investigation has been conducted into the business structure of the organization
Latureae due to which several information has been gathered which helps to identify the
appropriateness of those services.
Along with this after analyzing the organizational activities and the objectives it has
been noticed that the organization Latureae has significantly focused on delivering most
