An individual may use force with reasonable circumstances while preventing crime, and
assisting in lawful arresting of offenders. Amount of effort as being needed by police while
complying with legal and policy controls. Ethical issues include determination of appropriate
amount of force when the person is arrested. It is quite difficult when maintaining moral
lifestyle exterior the work, and escaping profiling, acting impartial while interrelating with
public (Alshurideh, Kurdi, Hussien, & Alshaar, 2017). The hypothetical situation on the part
of police officer and culprit where police officer creates nuisance and violence to culprit and
his family members so that he can catch culprit.
Difference between individual`s ethical and professional responsibility
Personal ethics states to morals of person, which finds in regards to people situation, which
they deal in ordinary life. For example- police officer individually consider where law is
essential to apply is incorrect (Dominguez, 2017).
Professional ethics is the morals, which a person follow in regards to communications and
business transactions in qualified life. On the other hand, under the code of conduct for New
Zealand Police where police captain is needed to obey lawful instruction when enforcing
laws unless they are good (Grimes, 2017).
Determination of ethical management practises bring out law enforcement while addressing
ethical issue such as necessary force, acting in an appropriate way, and off-duty life. Political
ethics an integrity are important elements of law enforcement systems, which facilitate crime-
controlling practises (Ricou, Sá, & Nunes, 2017). On the personal level, ethical consideration,
include informed consent, harming, voluntary participation, confidentiality, and assessing
relevant components. Principles include the promotion of values such as good behaviour,
kindness, and fairness. Law enforcement safeguard public trust when performing jobs. It rely
