in a tourism sector government has amended many more norms and beliefs for effective
working of the sector by considering all the necessary factors to protect the rights and interest of
the travellers. The main motive of the legislation is to prevent their customers from exploitation

Contract legislation is the term which shows the legal relationship in between two
parties or it can be states as a legal agreement in between various parties coming into contract
by considering all the applicable or appropriate rules and regulations. According to the contract
legislation every tourist and travel company has to follow some certain or indispensable rules
amended by the government. In fact all the travellers company have some specific terms and
conditions related to contract by pkrishnaroviding effective and useful facilities to their
customers by using appropriate information and data(Dickinson, Lumsdon, 2010). Mainly in
every contract of the travel and tourism consumer has the authority to breach the contract in

considered as the driving force with which all the aspects related to organization growth and
development and are essential part of employment generation. Social factors are the factors that
are related to organizational social, ethical and morale values, the responsibilities towards
organizational development and all the ways and methods by which it can be made for
employment generation. Cultural factors are related to all the values and cultural traits that
persist in the organization and help in creating the environment for cultural prospective
development.
It is considered both an important aspect and dominant factor as both social and cultural factors
can result in overall growth and development. Research indicates that all the main aspects to be
considered for development of travel and tourism sector are social and racial discrimination,
sexual harassment, setting harmful resource utilization and providing unhealthy services to all
