developed in an effective manner.

2020).

this law, the resources must be
designed by protecting all the data
rights. It shows that the data must be
kept secure from the reach of hackers
and theft. All the students must get
credit of their content by not facing
any issue of plagiarism and it might
affect the data of individuals who
have made immense efforts for it.
Health and safety regulation, 1992:
This regulation is also vital for the
students as well as teachers also.
There should be no use of any
harmful resource of equipment's
which could cause poor impact on the
health of students. The use of
excessive computers might harm to
the students health.
Equality Act, 2010: As per this
legislation, equality is an important
concern for the teaching and
education. All the students must get
equal and fair treatment while
learning in the classroom and
performing any curriculum
activities.

to be followed. It helps the
organisation to follow all the

content safe and secured. All the

must be protected and the same can
