In this report the comparative analysis of the two websites which are Lazada and Ebay
are drawn along with the features and the functioning of the websites. Lazada and Ebay both are
two e commerce websites which are used worldwide. Lazada is a German e-commerce company

mainly in the South East Asia. E bay is a multinational e-commerce corporation which has
headquarter in San Jose, California and Pierre Omidyar founded this organisation.
Objective
The primary objective of the report is to discuss about the features and the
functionality of the websites.
Another objective is to draw a comparative analysis with respect to several features
and the functionality of the websites.
It is also the objective of this report to learn about how the interface and the
