community different local people use to contribute in order to do their social responsibilities and
take their specific actions for creating change.
Best practises

the decisions regarding the use of fund by the scope programs. As they are being local of that
area, and they know the best and most appropriate use of fund that the community can do in the
market. They are organizing necessary meeting of all the local inverters and trying to take the
most common and effective decision for the investment purpose. They make the services more
comfortable for the disables so that they can improve their lives and not feel bad for their
disabilities.
Stakeholders involved
This is the people who are involved in the decision-making of the organization programs, and
they are also contributed in the program so that it can work effectively. This can be both from
internal and external from the organization (Gilliam and et. al., 2020). There are lots of benefits
of involving the stakeholders in the community program as they will have involved in all the
activities and decision. This will make the decision more appropriate and effective furthermore,
stakeholders are contributing in the community and try to utilise that fund in correct manner.
Local people: This is the people who are local to the community engagement program and

people. They uses to contribute in such program to do their social job and help the local people
those are not having money because they are disabled.

Community challenges
When the community is being made then there are different challenges and issues which
can cause problem in effective decision-making (C. Vidal and Keating, 2017). As when the
community is having three members in it and two members are having their suggestion to make
investment. Yet from those one member issue is comparatively more serious and other member
is also having the area where the investment can be done but less important when we compare it
to other member. But due to understanding the less important area is being decided at the end to
make the investment because the third member of the community had agreed with that and this
practise led to discrimination. Where the less important aspect are being considered when the
more important area is available to make the investment. The members sometime do mistake in
taking the decision and the lest important task is done with them this will make discrimination.
Planning for overcoming from challenge
As the challenges are basically coming in the community program are related to the
discrimination to take the right and effective decision for investment. In this planning the all type
of people are involved in the community so that it will avoid biasness of gender or caste
(Moulaert, 2010). If there are two members then too much be male candidates and two should be
women and one should belong to upper class whereas another must be from lower and backward
class so when all are collectively taking the decision to invest contribute amount then most
effective decision can be taken. This is being more important to plan because without planning
the discrimination of investment can not be overcome. Moreover, the planning also helps to use
the fund in the most appropriate way so that the society and disable get the best services.
Social media platforms
The scope community engagement program is using the social media platforms to
provide information to the people in the society so that they remain more aware. The
organization is regularly providing campaign information on the social media platforms such as
Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and many more (Duke And et. al., 2018). When they are aware
people about the campaign which are carried out by them for disable people then local people
Document Page
also attracted towards that, and they are also contributing in this program to provide effective
services to disable people of the society. They are making use of this social media tool because
they are more effective in reaching the public and local people also usually active on this
application so the campaign information can be transferred to the audience more quickly. With
these platforms the company also share their success and their achievement of the campaign they
are doing and presenting on social media (Logan, 2019). With the help of this people are more
influence and their desire is being created to invest in the organization and help disable people.
This is effectively tool to provide the required support to the scope community engagement
programs. The people in the society get highly influenced by the social media content and the
information get shared faster on this without any barriers.
Internal and external factors that are influencing community development
There are different factors which have affect the community development which are
available in the community which can impact the development of the community (Choinski and
et. al., 2020).
Internal factors
Human element: In this community development the people are involved are being changed and
make efforts to develop their community. The participation of different members and disables as
when the member will work more on this community program than it will grow more. When the
leaders will provide effective skill and training to the people of the organization with better
leadership style then it will help to communication the information more effective. The member's
attitude are also caused influence on the development of community as when their attitude is of
conflict then they can not take the effective decision.
When the development of community is done then the errors done by the members are
also being involved while they are taking the decision. The errors are also being expected in this
community development. The human element are the vital aspect in the development process and
the community are totally depends on the members which are collectively created the community
(Nash, 2019).
External factor: The community development is also influenced by the external elements as the
society in which the community is undertaking its activities. This can directly or indirectly
impact on the decision-making of the community as well as actions. The different elements are
Document Page
available in the society the belief, stereotype and the misconception which are dictate the actions
without any major efforts (Farooq, Rupp and Farooq, 2017). As people who are contributed in
the community also have certain expectations and the community development must work
accordingly with the expectation because the people are going to support the organization
program of development. The culture of the people are also impacting on the community
development with set of their own belief, moral and attitude. Further externally the legal
regulation developed for the community are also being problematic for the community
development. The rules are basically made so that all the activities must be done to prevent from
any overstepping the boundaries. With the restriction the community can helpful for the leaders
and managers to evaluate the change and going to feasible in respect of particular community.
The government body of the area are also involved in the development of community in respect
of existing laws for the communities and when the development is large then government
involvement is also going to be large.
CONCLUSION
This report concludes that the scope community engagement program is an effective
program in which people health trust are continuously investment to help disables. They are
providing them different type of services so that they remain happy and enjoy their life. The
different local people are collectively contributed for this, and they are also remain involved in
all the decision of the organization. The stakeholders are also connected with this and try to
contribute their best they are basically the local people who know the right investment of the
fund. Further it concludes that the communities are having issues as well, discrimination among
the member to take the decision is the main issue in scope community. For that their must be
right and more appropriate planning so that the issues can be minimized and avoided as well.
The scope community is also making use of social media platform to reach the audience and
evolve them to the program so that they can also contribute. The development of the community
get impacted by internal and external factors.

Recommendation
For an effective community program their must be adequate contribution of the people
and the stakeholders must be highly involved in the practises of the program. In the members
must be mutually agreed to take the common decision which is more important and no
discrimination while taking the decision. The social media and digital tool are being used to
aware people in the society about the disables and how their community is taking step for them.
For effective community event the challenges must be pre resolved and have more option to
