happy lives. This respective report will cover the comparison of the programmes of Age UK and
their other related companies. In order to serve their stakeholders, there are some of the
approaches which is being used by them, it is vital for the company to analyse the significance of
communication as well as of active stakeholders. Furthermore, there are some step which is
being followed by communities by which they can achieve the best practices.

As it is known that every community is working for social welfare of the society and the
charitable trusts focuses on the accomplishment of the goals and the objectives with the effective
coordination of the people. The main task which is carried out by many stakeholders and they are
having the significant role in the success of the company(Brown and et. al., 2019). The main task
which is carried on such communities known as the programmes & assignment undertaken by
people. They are basically working by ensuring the proper research & analysis all the given
points to have the appropriate actions. The comparison in the schemes of Age UK & Friends of
elderly.
Age UK:this the trust which is being working for providing the service to the old individual and
this is been seen that people are providing yoga classes, digital & IT training. Foot care, home
which assist the old people. They want to improve their living of the old individuals and assist
