age of my academic life. I always think to start a new and innovative start-up for my
upcoming professional life. I never missed any opportunity to participate in any
foundation courses offered to me because I know these type of courses will help me to
enhance my skills and make my future better. Business foundation courses help me to
enhance my knowledge and the usage of digital tools and machines for appropriate use
for the implementation of my ideas. While studying foundation courses I get to know
about my strengths and weaknesses. I am strong in communication skill, planning skill,
problem solving skill and decision making skill. On the other hand, I get to know that I am
weak at time management and IT skills. I need to work harder to enhance my weak skills
and convert them to my strong skills.

The selected theme for the project is sustainability and my project will highlight
upon sustainable business idea for new start-up in hospitality industry. I plan to
include overview of my new restaurant in my portfolio as well as challenges
which may face in implementing the business idea. The portfolio will also cover
the strategies and different kind of ways to overcome these challenges.
The new business start-up is related to a restaurant whose name will be “Treat-
O-Treat” and the sustainability in this restaurant is that it will offer the food
dishes and beverages in those cutlery and glasses which are made up of crop
wastage. This will help to reuse the farmer's farm waste and reduce the plastic
usage from the restaurant. Secondly, the containers in the kitchen area are all
steel made containers. Interior of the restaurant will also promote sustainability
like the furniture are made up of wood and organic fabric and the décor will be
full greenery and plants and pots will be placed at different table of the
restaurant to promote greenery. The room freshener which they use should be
organic in nature which must avoid academic and harmful gasses. Secondary
research will be conducted for this project and internet sources will be used by
the researcher to collect data for the new business idea and implement it. The
following business idea have few risks like high investment, choosing effective
promotional tool and techniques. Appropriate strategies can mitigate these
challenges like making appropriate budget and taking suggestions from
business consultants.

Section 3: Evaluation (approx. 100 words)
I plan to collect data first and evaluate the useful data for my project then I will take the
suggestion of my mentor who assist me in this project. I will ask me academic mentor to
assist me in formative way which means the mentor will provide me feedback at any
stage or any time while completing the project. I will get to know that I have delivered
good project by the feedbacks of my mentor, when the mentor will give me positive
comments on my projects then I can ensure the success in making this project.
