INTRODUCTION
There are different task and practices that needs to be consider by organisation in order to
effectively and efficiently conducting business performance. It is important that company is
motivating its employees in order to encourage its employees to carry out task in appropriate
manner. It is essential that company is developing effective strategies in order to overcome
conflicts as well as considering suitable leadership issues to deal with lover job retention
(Fishbach and Woolley, 2021). This report is based on Stuart and Allen Associates company.
This organisation is performing practices in financial services industry and it is providing
effective services to its clients and customers. This organisation is offering innovative recovery
and investigation programs. This report includes tools and techniques of motivating employees
along with theories of motivation. In this different strategies to overcome conflicts in a team has
been determined. Apart from this, appropriate leadership approach to overcome issues of lower
job retention rates as well as lack of communication has been determined in this report.
MAIN BODY
What tools and techniques shall the organisation put in place to motivate its employees and
teams. Suggest at least two theories of motivation and explain how they can apply to the
client’s organisation’s circumstances.
It is essential for an organisation to take correct and accurate tools in order to motivate its
employees as well as team member in order to enhance overall functioning of business.
Motivation is refer as the process that will lead to encourage other for increasing their potential
to successfully accomplish desired goals ( Ali, and Anwar, 2021). Different motivation theories
is mention below that could be applied by Stuart and Allen Associates company to motivate its
employees and team members.
Maslow’s theory of hierarchical needs –
This theory was developed by Abraham Maslow and according to this theory it is
essential for an organisation to motivate and encourage its employees for successfully

conducting business practices. Through this it has been identified that Stuart and Allen
Associates company needs to consider different needs of its employees in order to motivate
them. These needs includes physiological needs, Safety needs, social needs, self esteem needs
and self actualization needs. It is important that company is focusing on full filling different
needs of its employees in order to encourage them as well as influence their performance level.
McClelland’s theory of needs –
Through this motivation theory it has been determined that there are three motivating
drivers that could be consider by organisation in order to motivate and encourage employees in
appropriate and accurate manner. It has been determined that motivating drivers are not depend
on gender or age it will assist in motivating different employees of respective company (Grant
and Shandell, 2021). it has been analysed that dominant drive depends on life experience of a
person and there are several motivators which are mention below –
Achievements – This can be describe as the need to accomplish and demonstrate own
competences of an individual. It has been analysed individual who have strong needs of
achievement will directly increase their performance level.
Affiliation – This is refer as the need of love and belongingness as well as social
acceptance. It is essential that individual have affiliation are highly motivated by being
liked as well as accepted by others.
Power – This motivation factor needs the needs of controlling own work along with the
work of others.
Thus, it has been identified that there are different tools and techniques which could be
consider by Stuart and Allen Associates company for motivating others. rewards and
reorganization is one of the crucial factor that will significantly motivate others to perform task
in better and effective manner. Through this motivation technique respective company will be
able to encourage other employees as well to attain desired goals.
As discussed in the component one project, conflict in teams was one of the client’s
organisation’s issues. What strategies shall the client use to overcome conflicts in teams?
Conflicts in a team are one of the crucial issues that will lead to have negative impact on
business as well as perform organisational activities. It is important that company is taking right
and accurate set in order to deal with the conflicts in a team as well as encouraging employees

performance (Aristika and Juandi, 2021). It has been identified that by reducing workplace
conflict issues Stuart and Allen Associates company will be able to enhance its overall
performance level as well as attain desired goals. Different strategies that could be consider by
organisation in order to overcome conflicts in team is mention below in proper and appropriate
manner.
Create healthy culture – It is important for organisation to develop and create a healthy
culture that will assist in enhancing overall performance level of business. It has been
determined that healthy and friendly culture is very important in order to encourage as
well as influence other to perform required set of business practices in effective and
efficient manner (Dana and et.al., 2021). Through this employees will be able to focus on
their work as well as able to carry out business practices in significant manner.
Team development activities – Team development activities are needed in order to
resolve conflict issues form a team. It is essential that Stuart and Allen Associates
company is conducting different team development activities that will assist in creating
better and strong relationship with the team. Through this respective organisation will be
able to overcome with the business issues of conflict as well as carry out required set of
practices in accurate manner.
Proper communication – It has been determined that proper communication is needed in
order to convey messages and ideas to other people in accurate and appropriate manner.
It is essential for an organisation to properly communicate rules and regulations so that
all employees are working according to that it will lead to significantly resolve conflicts
in a team. Effective and proper communication in a team will assist in determining the
issues which is affecting individual as well as considering the best possible solution to
overcome with the issues.

Leadership can be describe as the practice of business that will assist in influencing and
encouraging other people to carry out required set of business practices in appropriate manner. it
is essential that suitable leadership approach in order to successfully overcome with the issues of
lower job retention rates as well as lack of communication (Al-Hoorie and et.al., 2021). Leaders

have capability to influence other people as well as motive them to conduct organisational
activities in desired manner. It has been analysed that suitable leadership approach will assist in
overcoming with the issues of lower job retention rates as well as lack of communication. There
are different types of leadership approaches that will assist organisation to enhance its business
performance as well as help in conducting required set of task in accurate manner. It has been
determined that Stuart and Allen Associates company needs to consider supportive leadership
approach as this is one of the effective and efficient approach that will assist respective company
to successfully deal with the business issues related to lower job retention and lack of
communication (Niati, Siregar, and Prayoga, 2021). This approach of leadership includes the
emotions, training as well as time duration that is needed in order to carry out organisational
activities in accurate and appropriate manner. through the supportive leadership approach,
leaders of respective company is supporting all employees while performing business practices.
This helps in motivating and encouraging them to carry out required set of practices in effective
and efficient manner. supportive leadership is helpful for develop strong relationship of leaders
with its employees as this will lead to overcome the issues of staff turnover form business. It has
been determined that leaders are taking part with its employees while performing business
practices so this will help in communicating properly. This help in gaining trust of employees as
well as improve communication practices.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it could be concluded that business needs to be manage different task
and practices in order to attain desired goals and objectives. It is important that company is
motivating its employees in order to encourage its employees to carry out task in appropriate
manner. Rewards and reorganization is one of the crucial factor that will significantly motivate
others to perform task in better and effective manner. It is important that company is taking right
and accurate set in order to deal with the conflicts in a team as well as encouraging employees
performance. Leaders have capability to influence other people as well as motive them to
conduct organisational activities in desired manner.
