INTRODUCTION
Every business organization follow management theories which allow them to manage
their workplace and essential parts of the company. Management is one of the most important
part in the business organization, various theories are been provided to help company in
management. Management theories consist the plan or strategies how a business accomplish
management goals within the workplace (Ferreira, Mueller and Papa, 2018). In thus report we
will discuss tools and techniques which include certain techniques to promote motivation of
employee within workplace and provided two theories of motivation such as Maslow hierarchy
of need and Vroom. Later we will discuss organizational issue which include conflict in team.
Later we will discuss strategies which help business organization to overcome these conflict. At
last in this report we will discuss leadership approaches.
