Introduction
An idea is understood as the representation of mental images of some objects. The
philosophers try to give a description of an idea as the fundamental ontological category. The
capability to understand and analyses the idea meaning is considered as an essential and defining
human beings feature. Generally, ideas are said to be generated from thoughts. Thoughts
(thinking) is said to be the ideas arrangements that are the effect of the thinking process.
Thinking process is an activity which cannot be clearly be understood as it varies from different
people. Idea thinking is a process of generating positive thoughts which leads to the growth of
the community (Montanari et al, 2010 p.47).
Discussion
In idea thinking several techniques are involved which include; critical, linear techniques,
creative techniques, analytical techniques and nonlinear techniques. In idea thinking, some tools
are implemented to make the ideas more effective and productive. Such tools include; absence
thinking which brings about thinking of non-existing object/something. Art streaming is also a
tool which involves progressive creation until one gets through the blocks, brainstorming tool is
also engaged in ideal thinking where it involves creative thinking for groups. Generally, in
coming up with ideas a lot of tools are implemented .by combining tools and thinking technique,
a productive idea is generated. For example, creative thinking technique involves making
changes to the generated ideas and comprehending them and finally placing into working
(Maroda, 2013 89).

The thinking tools and techniques affect day to day life of the human being in many
ways. They also affect and design the future of the community in various described ways. For
example, some of the ideas developed using the tool and techniques of thinking in a way they
influence the future of the people, in brainstorming a group may plan to plant trees which is an
idea that has an effect to the future generation (Maroda, 2013 p.5).
Ideas thinking lead to innovation both collectively and individually hence the impact
resulted from the innovation may be described in individual understand or in the collection.
Collective thinking results to the growth of many people who are involved in molding the ideal
while individual thinking target personal innovation which only affect the growth as an
individual.
In leadership styles, idea thinking acts as the major determiner on the growth initiated by
the leader. Some of the styles used in leadership include; transformational leadership where the
leaders only focus on the big picture of the company and smaller tasks are delegated to the team,
transactional leadership where the performed task may lead to the provision of rewards or
punishment to the team members on the bases of the performance. Another leadership style is the
participative leadership. Where the leader participates in the task performance (Carlgren et al,
2017 p.38-57).
Innovation is accompanied by several advantages and risks. Innovation results in
productivity improvement and cost reduction on goods.it also affect the improvement of the
quality of good due to new inventions made and the value of the good increased. Despite many
benefits innovation if accompanied by the number of risks and barriers which tries to pull it
down. Competition and uncertain commercial coal returns can be said to be the major risks that

innovations are exposed to. Also lack of enough finances gears to the downfall of the
organization in its innovation (Mignolo, 2012 p.12-27).
Some of the experienced barriers and risks can be avoided by developing strategies that
curb their occurrence. Such strategies may involve designing a reliably professional practice
management plan and systems which fits the company description. Also developing rules that
prevent malpractices of the employees that may lead to the downfall of the company is a strategy
which influences the innovation growth of the organization (Montanari, and Saberi, 2010 p.47).
