You will complete a number of tasks in developing a change process, implementing and critically evaluating its
outcomes. These tasks will be based on your role of Business Change Management Officer (BCMO) in a simulation

Making a group of supporters and who will understand the need to make changes and will also help others to co ordinate
with each other to reach that goal.
Developing new goals and strategies to take the company to new heights, the new strategies and goals will help the
organization to flourish in the future.
Communicating with the employees properly so that they are able to understand the new rules and visions of the
organization.
Encouraging the employees to make the changes possible within the organization.
