Value Proposition
Online business in the modern-day business world is one of the most important perspectives.
The choice for marketing and selling the products and services through online channels helps the
management of the business to gain success and profitability. The better, the online accessibility for
the business, the more will be the chances of the organization to gather business success (Chaffey,
Hemphill & Edmundson-Bird, 2019). The increase in the use of online sources like e-commerce
websites and online portals and the presence of PC’s and mobiles to a large percentage of people have
made it easier for the management of the business to gain business success. The use of the online
sources saves both times as well as reduces the expenses of the organization as well as the customers.
The management of Apparel Brands has decided to take the help of online websites and e-commerce
sources to sell their products. The selling of the products online can help attract the customers and
increase the profitability of the business organization.
The company has decided to offer some value for all the products that it will be selling online.
The presentation of huge discounts on the very first purchase and also providing attractive cash
discounts on the next purchases or providing sales vouchers to the customers is one of the most
important business strategies of the organization. The major value that the management of the
company will focus on is the value for the product quality. The focus of the company towards the
clothes will help improve the quality of the clothes and attract the major customers towards these
products. The quality along with the price tag of the clothes will be inspected and then certified by an
expert committee. The company has also decided to keep an option open for a 30-day replacement
guarantee that will further enhance the value of the clothes manufactured by Apparel Brands Pvt
Limited.
Target Market
The target market of the business is surely the customers who prefer high-quality clothes
without consideration of the price. The targeted customers of the business will thus be the persons who
have a liking for good quality clothes and are unwilling to compromise the quality for an increase in
price. The quality clothes will involve a high cost of production and thus, the management will involve
a rise in the cost price of the clothes. However, the management of the business will try to keep the
price reasonable so that the customers can buy it easily.
Gathering necessary information
The collection of information from the original sources is one of the most important aspects of
the business. The selection of the sources and the management of the business organization is
important for the organization to gain business success. For setting up the new e-commerce site and
operating them in the most efficient manner, the marketing team of the business organization will be
conducting a market survey. The conduction of the marketing survey can help gain knowledge of the
preferences of the customers. The better the understanding of the preferences, the better will be the
customization of the new e-commerce portal.
Consultation and network with benefit from others
The management of the business intends to take the help of the consultants who are experts in
e-commerce business. The proper consultation process can help Apparel Brands private limited to
