The assignment requires the creation of a skills matrix to assess team members' proficiencies, determination of roles and responsibilities, and the establishment of strategies to address skill gaps and foster effective teamwork. It encompasses a detailed communication strategy, including a stakeholder matrix, to ensure effective information flow within the team and with external stakeholders. The plan addresses issue identification, evaluation, escalation, resolution, and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement within the team. This project showcases the application of leadership principles and practical strategies for managing and leading a team in a simulated marketing environment.
