Reward and Recognition
Reward and recognition enable the employees to work hard in the firm, which
ultimately helps the company to expand in the marketplace and to achieve success in the
process (1). The Football South East Coast also need to adopt some of the reward and
recognition programs so that they can motivate the players as well as the staff and the
members to work hard in the club and assist the club in becoming number one club in the
New South Wales. The reward and recognition that need to be taken by the club are as
follows:
Big Money Incentives: Money motivates the employee and when the employees
are working in a football club, they expect to get the right incentives. This will
automatically encourage the staff as well as the team members to work hard so
that they can expand in the country and can become popular in the market (2).
Employees Health: This is also important for the company or the club to look
after the safety of the employees or the people who are working in the club. This
encourage the employees to work wholeheartedly for the club and as the football
club generate revenue, this can be done for the people who are working in the club
(3).
Having Fun at Office: The club need to keep in mind that the team members will
feel bore if they are doing same job daily and that is the main reason the company
should possess some fun events in the club so that they can motivate the
employees to work hard (4). This will ultimately benefit the club to become
successful in the country and will attract many players irrespective of the gender
to the club.
