Ans – The networking plan can be developed in the following manner :
▪ LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN)
The internet is connected by the globally by the gateway server which acts as the main defender
against the unauthorised or illegal accesses to unauthorised networks.
▪ CAMPUS AREA NETWORK (CAN)
This network is made for the use of students studying in the universities and schools. Only
educational sites and the sites giving information about the PHD thesis have the access to work in
the campus.
▪ WIRELESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK (WLAN)
The wireless local area network connects only 2 – 3 devices at one time. It is an local area network
which is mostly used at the homes of the people. The internet speed and data usage of the WLAN is
also limited for their customers.
