1CHARACTER OF A LEADER
Were the arguments of your classmate articulate and logical? Were the facts correct?
According to me, the arguments stated by my classmate was not really coherent in
spite of presenting the fact in a structured way, however I had other opinion regarding the
qualities of a good leader and the bad leader. My classmate only mentioned about the
qualities of a good leader and a bad leader but he/she failed to analyzed the data he provided
from the point of view of (Feltner et al., 2008). I believe that stated leadership qualities was
stated in a generalized approach rather than focussing on the value of a true leader. The facts
stated by my classmate is stated in a professional manner it should have been stated with an
example about how good and bad leaders helps to achieve the organizations goals (Rothman
et al., 2017).
Was the interpretation your classmate provided reasonable and consistent with experts
in the field? Was your classmate consistent with both the substance and intent of his or
her references?
I believe that my classmate was partially successful in stating the differences of a
good leader and a bad leader, at the same time I believe that the data provided by my
classmate is not entirely realistic as he failed to state about the implementation of a good
leaders in achieving the organizational goals. The data he provided was not at all consistent
with the experts as he stated only about a point of view of a resource (Schyns &
Riggio,2016). I believe that the presentation provided by my classmate was not at all. I think
that my class mate was very much consistent on the main substance of the topic but his
referencing is very much questionable (Johnson, Lanaj & Barnes, 2014).
