Economic factors: This is the major factor which needs to be taken into consideration.
Under this factor, it includes interest rates, tax rates, policies and government activities. After
the production of products it needs to evaluate that how much charge has been done on the

decision has been taken for the selection of the employee. Its very important to consider it
because if any negative changes has been implemented then it can offend the employees of
their organisation. So its very important to take care about it.
Freedom of the press: Within the country, if the freedom to the press has been given on the
larger scale then its important to analyse that any information which has been leaked by the
company it can be beneficial or act as the negative parameter in the international market. So
its very important that company should remain confidential in terms of their documents and
in terms of the important information also.
