INTRODUCTION
Marketing operations consist of detailed analysis on previous data of company for
developing better future plans. This is a broader term that explains various marketing functions
comprising of people, technology & organisational processes to scale up quality of business.

procedures or strategies for effective function at workplace. Mangers are also classified into
different forms that are top authority, middle level, front- line managers responsible for group
