As per the views of Fatma Sonmez Cakir and Zafer Adiguzel (2021), it has been analysed
that leadership play important role with in organisation in order to increase business practices.
leadership can be describe as the potential of an individual to influence others for successfully
and effectively conduct business practices. it has been analysed that effective leadership will lead
to have meaningful and crucial impact on organisational operations as well as its employees.
effective leadership is very significant for organisation as –
Increase productivity – Effective leadership will lead to have significant impact on
increasing productivity of business. Through appropriate leadership practices
organisation will be able to attain desired objectives (Clark and et.al., 2021). Leadership
activities will lead to create a proper and effective team of employees that is appropriate
for succeeding business objective along with this help in increasing revenues of business.
Improve employee relationship – Leadership activities of organisation play important role
in encouraging and motivating employees to conduct business activities in significant
manner. Through leadership practices organisation will be able to create strong and
proper relationship between teams and employees that is beneficial for overall
performance of business.

bad news on organisation.
It has been identified that it is crucial for leaders of organisation to consider right and
accurate way in order to deliver bad new within organisation. Through this leaders will be able to

bad news to employees. In this leaders needs to focus on the reason for the decision as
