situation like to cope up with neck to neck competition.
As there is no guarantee that the strategy will give
favorable result.

Personal development in order to develop
your leadership ability
 To develop my leadership abilities I need to have
multitasking abilities where I can manage the diverse
situation and enrich the scope of doping work. This can
develop my personality by maintaining the valance and
overcoming the extreme circumstances effectively.
