Why is the topic important?
The importance of the topic is that leadership is a
requirement for every business to be successful
Without effective style of leadership, it can be
difficult to control and monitor the employees
Therefore, challenges faced by the leaders are
identified to understand the importance of the
concept (Klenke 2016)
Some of the challenges include getting
confirmation from the managers about a
decision, developing training facilities, gaining
support from the employees and peers

plays an important role for the development

Challenges faced can come at any time and it

about the hospital
Other problems that may arise is the lack of
time for completing the research in a
successful manner
This may arise in case any of the steps to
conduct the research fail to be completed
within the schedule

The ethical problems that will be dealt with
the research includes failure to comply with
the Data Protection Act 1998
