The main aim of this presentation is to explain the leadership quality of Jeff Bezos and
the various ways by the help of which he has helped Amazon in reaching the new heights it has
achieved. The various leadership style which are followed by Jeff are transactional leadership
and transformational leadership. The various risks which has been taken by Jeff has retaken
Amazon to new heights which is evident from the huge success of Amazon (Schoemaker, Heaton
and Teece 2018). Paternalistic leadership theory can also be associated with Jeff by looking at
the various process which is followed by him. The employees of the company have been very
helpful by the help of the leadership quality of Jeff. The innovative ideas which has been
followed by Jeff has helped the company in becoming the largest e-commerce site in the world.
At present it can be seen that the effective leadership of Jeff Bezos has implemented in the
various functioning of Amazon (Schoemaker, Heaton and Teece 2018). The innovative products
which had introduced by the company in the market like Alexa and Kindle has gathered a lot of
customers in the country (Schoemaker, Heaton and Teece 2018). The implementation of the
leadership quality has brought amazon from just being a book selling company to a largest e-
commerce platform (Schoemaker, Heaton and Teece 2018). The implementation of the various
innovative technologies in the company has been very effective and Amazon is going to set new
