REFLECTION
Description
As a part of our academic learning, I in the team was asked to make a presentation in
regards of evaluating the leadership skill of one of the global leader in general. Main purpose
behind doing the same was to check the variety of the skill set possess by me and also to support
variety of the skill set which has been possessed by me. In the event all the individual were
allotted with different task to be performed by them in a way that it used to help the team in
achieving the objective of the task in the best way possible. I was the leader of the team and as a
leader I was the one who was responsible to carry out different task in the project in a way that it
helps the team in accomplishing the goal in the best way possible. Taking part in this task has
helped me in going through variety of the different type of experience and also in building good
sort of learning in regards of different skills.
Feeling
Looking at the overall research, it has been identified by me that in the initial stage I was
a little bit nervous, reason behind the same is that it is the first time I was leading something or
carrying out any such task. As the research progress further it has been seen by that I started
feeling more comfortable in the research, reason behind the same was my confidence as my
confidence was boosted to a good extent. Looking at the feeling which was possessed by me at
the time of convincing different skill set, it was identified by me that Communication skill of
mine was one of the plus point of mine, hence I was very happy and comfortable to communicate
with other. To learn research skill I was somewhat nervous as it was new experience for me. At
the same time to gather good ICT skill I was very much excited about the same, reason behind
the same was that it will ultimately help me in the future.
Team work skill was good and all of us were very much clear about the different task
which we have to carry out in the project. Hence, at the time of team working skill I was very
confident. Looking at time management and problem solving skill of mine it has been identified
that I was finding it too difficult to cope up with characteristic of both the skill set. This has
created a feeling impatient and iritatiy in me, as I was finding it difficult to cope up with the
same.

Evaluation
There were variety of different type of evaluation which was done by me in regards of learning
or carrying out different activity in the task. Few evaluation were in the positive aspect at the
same time few of them was in the negative manner.
Starting from the positive aspect it has been identified by me that sourcing variety of the
different source to collect the data, working in the team and communication was some of the
thing which went as per the expectation. As at the time of collecting the variety of the data me
and my team was able to collect the variety of the different information from more than one
source at a time. This is because of research skill of mine. At the same time all the team was able
to communicate well in the team as it was clearly because of good quality of communication
skill possess by me. This has ultimately helped in maintaining good sort of clarity in the project.
At the same time looking at the team working skill possess by me it was identified by me that all
of us in the research was able to work better and help us in finding out the outcome in the best
way possible. Hence, team working skill of us has come very handy for us.
There are variety of different activity which has not went as per the expectation such as Time
management, problem solving and self-management. It has been analyzed that at the time of
managing variety of the different activity in the project it was getting too difficult for me to take
a time to review different activity. Also at the time of managing the problem solving skill of
mine it was identified by me that I was able to find out the solution of the variety of the issue
which is being faced by me but for doing the same I generally used to consume good amount of
time. This has created variety of the issue for me in the long run.
Analysis
Looking at the overall analysis in regards of carrying out the study and finding out the outcome
of the study. It has been analyzed by me that with the help of communication skill I was able to
build good sort of trust and relationship with different individual in the project. This has
eventually helped me in maintaining good sort of clarity in the organization. Not only that with
the help of the research skill of mine I was able to maintain good sort of efficiency of outcome
which has been derived with the help of the different sources. This has helped the project in
finding out the outcome of the project in the best way possible. Looking at the team work which

has been applied by the team member in the project, it has been identified that with the help of
team work all the team member was able to help each other whenever it was required. This has
helped in achieving the objective of the project in the best way possible.
There were very limitation or negative analysis which was identified by me in the project, it has
been identified by me that I was not that good at the ICT tool in initial stage but with the help of
usage of the same I was able to build good sort of learning about how to use ICT tool. It was
also analyzed by me that I was also lacking in the time management skill of mine, this has
eventually created the situation where efficiency of the project has impacted in the negative way.
At the same time looking at the Problem solving and self-management skill of mine it has been
identified that I generally used to look the patience of mine this has eventually impacted the
control of mine over different activity in the presentation.
Conclusion
On the basis of conducting the project it was concluded by me that we were able to achieve the
goal of the project in the best way possible. It has been concluded by me that in the process of
achieving the objective of project I was able to build variety of the different type of skill set. At
the same time it was also identified by me that there was variety of limitation which also
identified by me in term of carrying out different activity. Communication, research, team work
and IT tool usage skill was good at my side. At the same time and self-management skill of mine
was not that good, at the same time problem solving skill of mine is also not that good this has
created the variety of the different type of issue for me in long run.
Action Plan
To overcome the variety of the issue and limitation which has been seen by me in the process of
carrying out different task. To overcome the same action plan is as follow:
To overcome the limitation of problem solving skill of mine it has been identified by me I will be
taking help of my senior and tutor in the University. I will try to believe in my hearing skill more
This will ultimately will help me in understanding the different issue in the better way and will
also help me in getting better amount of information about the solution which can be applied by
me to solve the different issue in the better way possible. I will be following the same strategy
for 6 month and on the basis of same will evaluate the strategy and look for the other if required.

To improve the time management and self-management skill of mine I will look to take help of
report making in the University. I will be noting down the different activity which I need to
perform and on the basis of same will prioritize the different activity on the basis of its
timeframe. This will ultimately help me in getting ready on time. Not only that it will also help
me in self-managing different activity and always maintain the composure at the time of carrying
out different activity in future. I will applying this strategy for 1 year and review the same after
that and will look to change if requirement of same.
