INTRODUCTION
Management is analysed as important process that involves planning, organisation and
coordination of important business roles and responsibilities for accomplishment of
organisation's vision, mission and objectives. All the professional and organization al activities
within the management of individuals getting together for delivering the desired goals and
objectives to effective use resources efficiently and to complete action (Trucker, 2012). In
present report, analysis various management style have been done which can be applied by
manager in Hilton hotel. It is British hospitality sector organisation and also has its business
operations in other countries. Various important characteristic of leadership have been discussed
along with the evaluation of communication process in Marks and Spencer. Further,
organisational culture and change in organisation are also evaluated. In this report, various own
management skills have been determined along with analysis of personal strengths weaknesses ,
opportunities and threats.
