style. In this, higher authorities and employees both plays an important role in decision making
process. All the employees can share their views, opinion and ideas. Employees feel more

autocratic as they do not take any ideas, suggestions, etc. from their citizens and forces their

style, leader acts as a father who takes care of their co workers or players. Complete concern is

between leader and their subordinates (Delaney and et.al, 2017) . Due to trust and loyalty,
subordinates stays with the leaders for longer time. All the members and leaders treats each other
as a family.

To increase the sales of their organizations i.e. Cognus tours and travels they have
selected two types of strategies. The strategies are increasing marketing and expand their

beneficial for them. They can prefer online marketing which is very effective in present time, but
it will require a lot of money to promote their brand.
While on the other hand if they prefer to expand their distribution channel then it will

In offline promotions, the agents should go the customer's place and explain them each
and everything about the tour packages. Also, suggest the packages which is most suitable for
them. Agents should also describe about various offers and discount schemes to make their tour

positive work environment which create a very healthy atmosphere at the workplace and also
assist in the increment of motivation level of my team members. I also appreciate their each and

requested to get better output. By encouraging them at regular interval of time, by giving some
prizes on their achievements (Dell’Era and et.al, 2017) . Also, the positive environment of the
workplace increases the productivity of the team members.
Time management is the crucial part of for any leader. I suggest the members of my team
to avoid the multi tasking work i.e. they should only do one work at one time. Also, I manage
time by setting the priorities of the work i.e. the work which is more necessary should be
finished first then start another work (Vandenbroucke and et.al, 2017) .

I experienced a trade show and found that my team is lacking in some factors in
comparison to Thomson group of tour and travel. If I will do this exercise again, then I will
prefer to adopt some of their team dynamic strategies. I noticed that they are having a goal
specification and observed that it is the most effective strategy in context to trade. It motivates
each and every member of the team which indirectly increases the efficiency of the team and the
members gives better outputs. Thus, I would like to attempt this goal specification strategy in my

Market style of organisational culture, the main focus is on the market results and the
completion of goals. The leadership style adopted in this culture is hard driver and the key
drivers of this culture is market share, goal achievement and profitability.
The alternative method or strategy which I will follow is joint venture strategy. I will
launch my firm into the market other countries by doing partnership with the local companies of
that country. This will give the more exposure to our company and also their will be sudden
increase in the number of customers.
I will also hire various experienced persons as well as skilled employees who are
beneficial for my company. By combining the effects of experience and talent of the employees
we can easily reach the heights of the success.
I examined that we were better than them in the style of leadership. The leader of other

balance between the members of the team and their mutual understanding was not proper. The
time management of their team was not so effective which harms them in various situations. In
