Introduction to Managing and leading people
At present scenario, managers and leaders used different
types of strategies in order to make appropriate plan and
introducing best smart keys for betterment of future. It
influence employees or team members in a positive manner.
But as per the current situation it is the great challenge for
leaders to plan for next year because it is difficult to take
effective decision that can be work on future.
Leadership: It refers to the art of motivating team members
and group of people towards attaining desired goals and
objective appropriately. Leadership is one of the important
aspect which always inspire others and make effective ideas
to gain competitive advantages perfectly. Along with that it
is the combination or process of leadership skills and
personality that makes others want to follow their overall
directions properly. On the other hand leadership is the
method of giving direction and guide the behaviour of
people towards accomplishing the goals in a given situation.
It also shows the ability of manager to increase working
confidence of employees to achieve appropriate mission or
vision perfectly.
In context with transactional leader influence their
followers to achieve organizational goals or
objectives in an effective way, which is based on the
behaviour of leaders and structure of company.
Along with that transformational develops the
appropriate vision for transforming the overall
performance of company to make effective decision
for the particular subject in company.
Therefore, all this approach of leadership
are much essential and helpful to motivate
employees towards achieving organizational
objectives within the less time. Along with

a positive way so that they can work accordingly.

According to the above assignment, it has
been concluded that leadership is on of the better
process of developing and learning something new
towards gaining better image of organization at
marketplace. Whereas, leadership approaches are
very important that helps leaders or managers to
