Reflection
This report basically provided me an effective experience of learning. The PESTEL
analysis have informed me about the various factors which effects the working environment of
the company. Furthermore, it helped in understanding the various types of leadership styles. The
main one include the transformational leadership style which helped me in understanding the
importance of change management in my own life. I fear to adopt the change but this theory have
explained me that change is a vital factor which will enhance my personality in the business
environment. This will also helped in shaping my career in business sector which will enhance
my knowledge in organisation context. Due to this study I have initiated my career towards
achieving my leadership goals. This is an effective report which provides an understanding CSR
for a company. There are numerous ways which can be initiated by the companies for the well
being of the society. I have learned a lot thorough this research study about the importance of
CSR and why it is necessary to maintain it in the organisation. There are many resources which
are used by the company for managing their workforce effectively. I gained knowledge of the
leadership concepts and the strength and weaknesses of the organisation.
There are many theories of leadership which can be applied across different organisation
the leadership style is based on the selection of the leader and the requirements of the working
environment of the company. Starbucks is an American MNC which operates chains of coffee
houses and roastery reserves. The company was founded in 1971 headquartered in Washington.
The company adopts the transformation leadership style as they have a vision of introducing
innovative change in their working environment. This leadership style will encourage motivation
among the workforce of the company. It will establish a leading position of the brand in the
competitive industry. Due to this strategy the company have developed certain standards which
involves think big, dive deep, earn for trust and so on. Theses standards will enhance their
productivity and profitability through effective maintenance of CSR policies. The company have
