I have opted to study the course, because I aspire to become a successful manger in future. I
am confident that I am suitable for this course, since it provides opportunity to work
creatively. In particular, according to my perspective, this course helps in engaging,
achieving dynamic attitude, and offers learning skills in conjunction to leadership expertise
and personal development. In order to become an efficient manager, it is important to
understand the dynamics within any organisation, have appropriate interpersonal skills, and
suitable communication tactics (Thiemann-Bourque 2017). I believe, one of my greatest
strengths is communication skills and ability to frame collaborative partnership with co-
workers. I can communicate with others effectively, which has helped me in most of my
group projects in the past. I am also passionate about searching the most sustainable way
towards innovative and creative development. My current studies have taught me to work
under deadlines and it has helped me to sharpen my focus. In addition to this, it has also
taught me do become punctual, reliable and schedule my work according to the priority level.
All these qualities make me more suitable for the course. Further, I believe in organizing and
balancing the home atmosphere so as to enhance the benefit of my study time (Campbell,
Havas, Derse, and Holloway 2016). Thus, the importance of this course is not only in terms
of achieving a certificate, but also to learn the underlying skills that can be useful for routine
future work practices.
However, I aspire to acquire the behavioural management skill, from this study. Based on my
previous experience, there are certain negative experiences, where it was difficult to manage
according to the situation on my part. However, looking forward to improving these skills in
this study is of high relevance for my future endeavours. The improve area concern to the
acquiring leadership skills, learning tools to motivate and encourage co-workers, and adopt
suitable strategies regarding delegation and negotiation at the workplace (Madan and
Srivastava 2017).

My self-confidence dictates that contribution or creative innovations to the existing theories
and methods in this course of studies, is possible on my part. Being a good team coordinator
and manager, which is reflected in my previous experience, can be further improved with
concurrent studies. I am also interested in conducting social works and welfare, and thus
finding suitable opportunity for future curriculum will be easier on my part.
Presently, I am associated with one of the social organization clubs which deals with social
and economic conditions of the rural people. In this context, my responsibility assignment
was to visit places in near locality and deal with the problems of the community members.
This process not only improved my communication skills but also developed the skill of
understanding others better (Walker 2015).
I am a quick learner and prefer to think independently. Also, enjoying to work with others
and cultivate new ideas being a team member always motivates me. In the future, I aim to
become a competent leader and manage my fellow co-workers efficiently.
These are the objectives that motivates me to join the course such that I can explore my
knowledge and obtain newer and productive direction.
