working activities. In this, leader play a significant role in creating a inspiring vision of

easily attain the same. In addition, of this, leadership is an art that used to motivating
group of people towards the attaining common goals and objectives. It contribute in
enhancing overall performance of the workers and company as well. This report is based
on Tesco, is a famous multinational groceries and general merchandise retail in UK. The
focus of this company is to manage and lead people at workplace so that all the set goals
