of the employee is linked with the objective of the business. This help organization in achieving
the organizational goal efficiently. There are many different type of leadership style which is
used by leader in the organization to lead the work of other employee in an organization such as
democratic leadership, Autocratic leadership and Laissez faire leadership style. There are many
different type of the benefit which is brought by the leadership for the organization such as
leadership help organization in building good human resource power, also it help the
organization in bring good sort of clarity in the organization and also improving the productivity
and efficiency of operation of an organization. At the same it has seen that having knowledge
about different leadership style is not enough for the leader to implement successful leadership in
the organization, there is need of showing variety of the aptitude in the organization.
Northouse (2018) highlights that the biggest aptitude which requires in the leadership is
learner, reason behind the same is that there is no such magical power or leadership style which
is possess by the leader which can help in overcoming every situation in the organization. Leader
need to be good learner, as there will be many different type of situation which will occur in the
organization so it is very important for all the leader to learn from that situation. In the case that
situation is not that favorable than make different policy to overcome the same in an

This eventually help the company in promoting good level of clarity in the organization. Grint
