2. Allocation of work can be differentiated from delegation as in allocation of work
responsibility is not provided whereas while delegating the work the responsibility for the
work is also provided to an employee. Different principles of allocation of work includes
priority, skill setting, availability, interest.It is necessary that every professional in nursing
is allocated the work based on the priority of the work, availability of the nursing staff for
the particular work, interest of the nursing staff in different subjects and the skill set which
the nursing staff have. It is necessary that the allocated work is only provided to the

3. Goal setting is beneficial for a team in order to successfully set a target because if the

5. Group dynamics refers to a set of behaviour and psychological process that is
