591 Leadership: Analysis of Rationality Test and Management Style

This report analyzes the results of a rationality test taken by a student, as part of a Leadership and Organizational Behavior course. Introduction
In order to make the performance analysis as well as the understanding the intellectual
ability of a person rationality test is being done. Leadership is the very important characteristics a
person should have in case of dealing with the case of adopting the managerial decisions. The
purpose of this study is to analyze the rationality test so that the strength and weaknesses can be
identified. By continuing this, the study will also shed light on the behavioral characteristics that
can manage managerial abilities of a person.
Discussion
Analyzing the behavioral characteristics as well as rational abilities of mine it can be say
that I can become a journalist. I have the strong ability to you speak and manipulate people
easily. With the proper combination of openness as well as judgmental mentality of mine can
help me to become good journalist. Analyzing my abilities it has been identified by me that I am
intuitive as well as subjective. This is the reason that I get attracted towards the stories as well as
interest of people. Analyzing the facts and figures I develop my ideas into quality manner. My
trust upon my intrusion can help me to shave the situations so that I can make the better
judgment. With the skeptical nature I treat new ideas and information with skepticism and
caution.
Analyzing the quantitative reasoning score it has been identified that I have got 31.25
percent (Guidedtrack.com 2019). The score indicates that I have the strong ability to manipulate
numbers as well as quantitative information efficiently. The quantitative reasoning ability of
mine can help me in case of adopting the effective decisions. In future based reasoning, I have
got 37.5% which indicates my ability towards clearly thinking as well as making the accurate

predictions about the future (Guidedtrack.com 2019). I believe this quality of mine can help me
in terms of developing the organizational budget as well as it can help me to perform in the
upcoming projects. By analyzing the previous records I can be able to predict the accurate
situation for the future of my organization. This quality of mine can ensure the strong planning
capability, which is very important in the management style.
The evidence evaluation score is quite height it is 56.25 percent. It indicates my ability
for evaluating the theories as well as out outside information with accuracy. Based on this
characteristics it can be say that rather than enhancing my understanding capabilities I focus on
the evidences as well as theories. By critically analyzing the evidences I can properly implement
the information or knowledge in an organization. In cognitive awareness I have scored 31.25
percent which indicates my ability towards analyzing my intuition and for overriding the
inclusions if they will mislead me (Guidedtrack.com 2019). This quality of mine can help me to
deal with the uncertain situations which can you make me more organized and enhance my
managing ability. This is the reason that I get attracted towards the stories as well as interest of

Analyzing my weaknesses it has been identified that I have highly suspicious
characteristics. It is very important for me to learn how to fight back against the sunk cost
fallacy. This quality of mine can help me not to waste the valuable resources and time. The
second weakness of mine is I have knowledge regarding the time values. However in many of
the situations I fail to understand the importance of time. Some of the cases I also face the
challenges in case of estimating the value of time in such cases I wastage which indirectly impact

on my career (Guidedtrack.com 2019). Based on the strength as well as abilities of mind it has
been identified by me that I can easily manipulate uncertain situations. This ability of mine can
help me to take control over the situations. Another quality of my knees I mostly paper on
evidence based information so that the authenticity of my work can be maintained. Rather than
focusing on the practical situation I focus on evidence based analysis so that I can confidently
implement theories in my workplace.
Experience based learning process has strong impact on my decision making process. In
that case learning from the past experiences I prefer to improvise my qualities so that I can be
able to implement my strategic directions in the proper manner. I believe I have the ability to
involve myself in long term projects as I can easily understand the importance of resource and
time requirements. Therefore it can be say that punctuality and dedication are the major
behavioral characteristics that can ensure my organizing ability. However it has also been
identified that I avoid participating in arguments quit sometimes create challenges for me to
stand stick towards my opinion. Analyzing all the reports of rationality test it has been identified
by me that I am quite emotional as well as I am able to manipulate others opinion. The
characteristics of mine can ensure me a good future in the journalism field.
