knowledge to give them motivation and encouragement in work performance.
Besides, Leadership is far different concept than management because
management is relying on formal authority else leadership is based on informal
manner. Also, it influences group members and change the organizational culture
in positive context.
Leadership approaches define the different characteristics or skills of
different kinds of leaders. Such as Qualities or Trait approach and Functional or
collective leadership style. These two different approaches consist certain
elements that differ one leader to another.
As per according to the trait approach it has been seen that leaders are the
individuals who better lead their team members in full enthusiasm with high
trends.
Leadership can be learned and developed according to this approach where one
person gets to learned things from others or by getting special training for that.
Functional or group approach leader is the style in which leader perform
different functions and take best decision making style for a particular situation.
