attitude of the workers that are working in the organization. The report will be based on
Brooklands Hotel. The hotel is located in Surrey, London UK(Lisak, A. and Erez, 2015).
The report will outline various functional areas of the hotel, organization structure,
importance of interdepartmental communication. The Report will also describe similarities
and difference in styles of leadership. Further, it will also explain the leadership style which
is more suitable for global company.

1) Functional areas of the company.
There are various functional areas in Brooklands Hotel. They are as follows-
Housekeeping department- Housekeeping department of Brooklands Hotel is responsible
for maintaining the rooms of guests. Employees working in Housekeeping department helps
in creating a positive impact on the clients of the hotel.
Front office department- The employees working in Front Office department is
responsible for welcoming the clients of the hotel, carry the bags to hotel rooms, They
