INTRODUCTION
Leadership is an action where one individual leads a group of person or employees of an
organization work together in guidance, direction and with one vision to complete all tasks
assigned to the team in a specific time period with effective and efficient use of resources.
Management concerned with responsibility for other things where as leadership always
concerned for people management but as management concerned for all things other than
peoples. In leadership management rules and policies are applied whereas in leadership new
rules and policies are framed. In leadership where new roles and duties are assigned and in
management detailed. Following management is a specified way where there is a simple way and
here in leadership ways to operate can change and being managed.

but also important for the employees of the organization without leaders the employees are

motivator to employees motivate them towards work. Leader is important to inspire and guide
employees towards the goal to achieve organizational objectives effectively. Leader creates
confidence in employees, confidence is important to get productive work from employees help
them to clear their roles, hear the problems and complaints of the employees, leader creates
coordination between employees and build team work in an organization a teamwork is
important to achieve goals and objectives of an organization (Brooks and Calkins, 2016). Leader
creates a work environment for the employees familiarize them helps them to analyze the work
situation act as a friend with employees share his feelings and opinions about the work leaders is
a person who shares the goals of organization & top level management to the employees. Leader
is essential for smooth working of organization, leader motivates employees towards the
achievement of their personal goals as well as link them with the organizational goals. Leader is
a person who communicates with employees initiate action and encourage employees to take
initiatives, Leader solve the work issues of employees, they boost employees towards goals they

work (Okoro, 2017). Now, so in my opinion she should follow some effective leadership

first motto of every enterprise so she can aim high with accuracy as an leader she must have

there are 6 employees so make teams and leaders for the teams so they have to behave in
discipline as because they have a responsibility on their heads. Make teams like 3 in one team
and among them appoint a leader (Seijts and MacMillan, 2017). As they are working in an
informal way so she should ask questions without hurting anyone. Allow others to voice up their
opinion and she also make on everyone's work or have an eye on everyone what are they
working and how much is left. She should organize team meeting and have a chat every

problem of workload, stress as an operation manager and a leader (Seshadri and Sasidhar, 2017).
I will go for direct supervision and analyze the situation of employees provide them the extra
production quotas but on one condition they have to maintain the product quality which is
deteriorating due to inefficiency of employees and production supervisor Rex with minimum
waste and maintaining the cost of production provide them with the job security and manage
production supervisor Rex and guide him to provide timely break to labour try to put minimum
workload our the employees guide him to change his rules and policies to manage employees
and let him know what the workers think about him know I show you the proper process to
handle this situation as a leader first of all I will identify the problem about what’s the reason of
problem how it occurs and from whom it occurs as a leader needs to talk with employees directly
about their condition what problem they have from whom they have problem get information
