Leadership is the ability in the individual which helps in guiding or leading the other
individuals. In the business, leadership is very important as it helps in maintain and managing the
workflow in the working place. I have the good quality of the leader as I always know how to
manage the work and motivate the other employees to do the work on time (Mason, et al., 2014).
In the business honesty and integrity is needed so that trust can be built among the employees so
as a leader I have that quality and I always maintain the trust among the employees which also
helps me in achieving the targets of the business. Whenever any downfall in the business comes
or if any person feels demotivated then I always motivate the employees and inspires them to
stay connected and tuned with the work. In the business to follow the commitments are very
important so I also have the leadership quality that I always do what I commit and I never make
any excuse for the commitments I made (Brown and Treviño, 2014).
I always want to be the leader in the big company as I was passionate to pursue as the
leader. Whenever any confusion arises in the business I always give them the direction to do the
right things. As there were many fluctuations happens in the business so I always make the plans
to cope with the changes easily. The market is dynamic so the competition in the business is very
high so as a leader I always have seen creating something new in the business always attracts the
customers. So innovation and creativity are very much needed and I always focus on that only
and make the products and services more innovative (Derue, et al., 2011).
Whenever any situation in the business are not handles properly and when the things are
not happening in the proper manner then I always manage the work so that delivery can be done
at the proper time at the proper place. I always distribute the work in the teams so that to achieve
the objectives of the company is easy (Shamir, et al., 2015).
As per the great man theory of the leadership, the traits of the leadership are intrinsic
which means that the leaders are born. The leaders are not made they are born and they are
destined by the birth to become the leader. I have also born with some attributes such as power
and authority so it helps in accomplishing the goals and targets of the company (Meuser, et al.,
2016). I always follow Captain America as my leader as he has many leadership qualities such a

identified. I have the ability as the leader to influence the people towards the achievement of the
goal and the vision of the business which also helps in increasing the performance of the
company. I have self-confidence so I know to handle the situations when things are getting worst
in the business. When any things are getting fall then I have the ability to build new ideas which
help in rebuilding the things. I also have the cognitive ability as the leader which is generally
needed in the business as I was always taking good decisions. I am capable of taking good
judgments and have the good skills of the analytical abilities. I also have great flexibility in
adjusting with any working culture which helps in adopting any working culture. As a good
leader, I also have the intelligence in taking the quick decision of the company in the emergency.
I have the good vibes and energy which not only motivates the employees of the company but
also encourage them to work harder. This theory is more systematic as it also assumes the
personal traits of the leader which I have such as self-awareness, decisiveness, working-class
affinity, etc. I always motivate people by ascertaining the need for occupational achievements
and self-actualization. I know how to increase the turnover of the company and increase the
profitability so it is also one of the best ways to lead the business (Göksoy, 2015).
As per the contingency theory, I also know how to manage internal and external
situations. In the business, I not only manage the work effectively but also the huge risk to get
success at a high level. As per this theory, the qualities of the leader should match with the
situation. So when the profitability of the business gets declines I have the ability to think
critically to increasing the profitability. I have boosted up and motivated myself so that I can
cope up with this situation easily (Kozlowski, et al., 2019). I also have good communication
skills and I know how to influence and attract the people so whenever any meetings or any
convocation happens in the business I always attract the other employees.

I also have a good sense of humor and I know to enhance the motivation of the employees which
enhances the performance of the company. As per this theory, I have the leadership traits such as

business are satisfied with the behavior of the leader then the good outcomes can be seen but of
the employees is not satisfied with the leader then some wrong results can be seen. I have the
good behavior so the employee of the business has the good relationship with me which also
helps in building the trust and the integrity in the business (Ghasabeh, et al., 2015).
