case of measuring the change process in the organization, enhancing leadership capabilities are
very important. The purpose of this study is to understand the significance of developing
responsible leadership by utilizing the aspects of organizational change process. Therefore,
critically analyzing the emerging challenges faced by the leaders in changing business
environment the study has contributed in examining different characteristics of the responsible
leadership. After the analysis, the study has demonstrated the responsible leadership by linking it
with the organizational context while adopting the change process.

environment, the role of managers have got hanged towards achieving the business goals that has

between the leaders and the coworkers by changing the diversified working culture (Hay, 2006).
In order to drive the central wealth of the organization, the changing perspective of the leaders

In order to arise the social relationship, the leaders significantly contribute in generating the
performance standard in the workplace. Depending on the diversified culture, the adaptation
abilities of individuals gets influenced by the leaders. By continuing this it can be said that in
order to motivate the leadership characteristics, the social capabilities are very important as this
helps to develop the values as well as beliefs. By understanding the changing perspectives of the
leaders in social context, it can be said that by forming the social personalities, leaders support
the internal connections among the people associated with the team. The societal behavior as
