leading people or employees within the business. Such as autocratic, charismatic,
transformational, laissez-faire, transactional, supportive, democratic and participative styles.
Democratic leadership style is considered as the most suitable and effective leadership as
it puts emphasis on taking ideas, views and suggestions from its team members and then makes
changes or makes decisions (Fiaz, Su and Saqib, 2017). The leaders implementing the
democratic style in the Brooklands Hotel can effectively encourage and motivate the employees

implements democratic style for guiding and direction its employees and it lead to effectively
encourage the communication within the organisation. Through this, leaders make efforts for
taking interest in the employees' lives and they feel encouraged and motivated.
