creates strong working environment. Effective leaders and better business management facilities
bring individuals together and enables them to work collectively to accomplish one common
goal. Leader of the enterprise has the tremendous impact over company culture.
The present report is based on topic as to identify the role of leadership and business
management in building organisation culture over business activities of Tesco, it is retail leading
entity that engaged in grocery services. Thus, chosen entity deals in product and services as
books, clothing and electronics etc.
Furthermore, study will outline the aims and objectives on the basis of chosen topic.
Also, report will cover things as aims, objectives, research questions, objectives etc. Moreover,

management in building organisation culture. Therefore, managers directly influence corporate

2020). This must be promote so that enterprise can have better chances to earn long term
profitability and productivity. In addition to this, the research will aids to promote the ways that
assist to streamlined business activities by promoting equality and diversity with help of
maintaining cultural workforce. Henceforth, this study will may provide relevant information to
company manager in manner to undertake the role of organisational culture.
Thus, creating and maintaining an effective organisation structure is significant to
improve performance and productivity. This has been identified that healthy culture motivated
individuals to stay motivated and loyal towards the management. Henceforth research will help
to analyse that how underlying beliefs, assumptions, values and ways of interacting that
