Part 1: Leadership Reflection
On the basis of Competing Values Questionnaire, it was found that I can manage
conflict in the constructive manner. I encourage the aspect of constructive conflict that helps
me in co-ordinating with different kinds of people. On the basis of the results it was found
that I am strong in relation to communication that can help me in conveying my ideas in the
clear manner (based on Appendix A). The Competing Values Questionnaire revealed the fact
that I am weak in relation to mentoring along with developing the other people. I need to
develop this aspect of my personality so that I can carry out my leadership duties in the
effective manner.
Among the Control focussed competencies, it was found that I excel at the art of
working and managing across that of different functions that can help me in carrying out
functions in an organisation successfully (Bolman and Deal 2017). I however am weak in
relation to co-ordinating the projects that can create confusion when I am working on a
specific project.
Based on Competing Values Questionnaire, it was found that I am strong in the aspect
of designing along with organising that can effectively prove to be of great help in managing
the team. It was also found that I cannot motivate myself along with other people that acts
like a barrier in the path of my progress in the organization.
Competing Values Questionnaire brought out the fact that I can implement and
sustain the change very easily that helps me in adjusting to the changes taking place in the
world environment. It was however found on the basis of the questionnaire that I cannot sell
the new ideas that has to be developed by me so that I can evolve as a successful leader in the
future.
On the basis of the Skills List, it was found that I can keep the records that are up-to-
date and motivate other people that can prove to be beneficial for my organisation (Based on
Appendix B). I am strong pertaining to counselling that can help me in guiding other
members of my team. I am however weak at mediating that can come to be of great help in
reconciling the differences that arise among the team members. The skills test revealed the
fact that I can exercise the leadership skills that can help in bring about new directions in an
organisation. I am not good at making complex decisions that hinders in finding solutions to
the problems.

important facets in relation to leadership. The teachers in my school called Saigon South
International School were committed to students that greatly helped he students in reaching

offer sophisticated means that can help in segmenting the audiences. Paying can prove to be
of great help in making the content appear in front of people that can help in increasing the
popularity of a firm.
I have travelled in various European countries that has helped in sharpening my
abilities in relation to leadership. During travelling, I had to take risks and it has helped me in
learning important aspects in relation to leadership. I was curious during the course of my
travel that helped me in learning a lot when I was travelling. In the event of travelling in a
foreign culture, I had to adapt myself to the cultural pattern of the new place that helped me
in learning about elements in relation to leadership. I learnt adaptability when I had to travel
in the foreign countries and this can come to be of great use in the event of becoming a leader

me for the complexities pertaining to organizational dynamics along with leadership. I shall
enrol myself in the Pace Institute of Management in Vietnam that can help in developing
capacities pertaining to leadership. PACE provides business training along with resources
that can prove to be instrumental in expanding knowledge of the business leaders within
Vietnam. The Executive MBA in relation to leadership specializes in that of research based
development that can help me in overcoming my weakness pertaining to mentoring, co-
ordinating and motivating. The faculty of PACE are of high-profile standard from that of
multinational backgrounds that can help an individual in developing the leadership
competencies (Leung 2015). The benefits that I would be able to derive with the help of this
program pertains to understanding of global business environment and its impact on the
aspect of leadership within Vietnam. This course would be able to train me about strategic
