Management and operations are two main functions of the organization in which
operation carry out the main activity of the business and management is responsible for
controlling such activities. This study will be based on the Cadbury this study will provide a
complete information about the role of Human resource and leaders within the organization. The
report will help in identifying the role of leader and function of manager in different situational
context. Also, this document will provide the appreciation of the role in which the managers and

Furthermore, the present study will help in accessing the factors within the business
environment that impact upon the operational management and decision-making by the leaders
and managers of the Cadbury. Along with this, it will develop a complete understanding about

this company deals with the variety of services and huge customer base, it is very important for
the firm to manage effective and efficient operations of the business. So in order to bring such
effectiveness within the organization, leaders and managers plays the important role in shaping

for a group or the team members. Whereas, Managers are the people who manage, organize,

company to face problems in the production of the products. This will lead manager and leader
to make decisions regarding workforce planning.
Technology
Change in technology also impact the operational management of the company which in
turn impact the decisions of the leader and manager of the organisation. Cadbury bring new
technology in the production of the products which lead to reduction in costs & wastage
materials. It will improve the quality of the products and efficiencies of the employees engage in
the production. It will lead managers and leaders to give training regarding technologies to the

also has various factors which affect the business as well as get affect by the business. There are

company in turn affect the decision making of the leaders and managers of the company. These
environmental factors are as follows -
