Introduction
In 2016, America experienced one of the stormiest polls in global history.
Notwithstanding the loss of Hillary Rodham Clinton, she showcased remarkable bravery,
determination, and principle throughout, leaving her followers with stable and enduring
results to emulate. Hillary Clinton steered an impressive campaign that will go down in
history as one of the most inspiring moments in history (Jackson, 2016).
Explain the Effectiveness of Her Personality towards People
Clinton showcased bravery when she made the decision to change her initial course
after others proved that her traditional thinking was flawed. By so doing, she demonstrated
that she was in control of her situation, and that she was willing to brave each storm to get to
her intended destination. Eventually, when she faced defeat, she took it with benevolence,
graciousness, and poise, particularly to those who stood with her throughout (WMCE, 2014).
Having been a Senator, she proved her excellence in public representation. Clinton not only
comprehended the political procedures in Washington, but also openly showed her
willingness in adopting a similar style to work with the opposition. By proposing to integrate
this style in the head office, she indicated her expertise in seeking out a bipartisan perspective
when handling possible national issues. Similarly, she showed great focus particularly when
her opposition levied negative attacks on the key elements of her leadership strategies to the
people. Eventually, it was her ability to effectively communicate, and her flexibility to adjust
by undertaking proper assessments that enabled people to believe in her style of enlightened

fuelled her campaign efforts. Her followers also believe that she possesses great skill in
fundraising, which could have been of great use to the country in making structural
adjustments (Shambaugh, 2010).
Challenges Faced In Life/Currently. Indicate Mistakes
As a person, a leader, and a human being, Clinton proved that she was resilient. This
aspect was noted even by her most enthusiastic foes when she substantiated her level of
unwavering emotional intelligence and self-reflection during social scandals while in public
office. Her most notorious personal and civil challenges occurred when she kept to her
decision to stand with her husband amid his infidelity, and his trials for impeachment.
Despite the constant backlash that she received from some of her supporters who believed
that she was making a mistake, she remained calm, and withstood the personal agony and
shame with pride and self-respect. By remaining composed and attentive throughout, she
ensured that Bill Clinton’s followers remained focused on his accomplishments, rather than
his faults (Clinton, 2015).
Conclusion
Ultimately, she was able to make it as far as she dis because of her strong personality
traits. Her vision has since then been accepted by millions of people in the nation, and her
