brand which includes variety of products such as cloths(Denims, shorts, tops etc.), accessories
and shoes in its portfolio. Further, this report explains role of a leader & functions of managers
in different situational context with the help of an example. Furthermore, this report includes
different theories & models of approach which includes situational leadership, system leadership
& contingency. Moreover, this report includes various approaches of operation management
such as Lean approach, Six sigma and Total quality management. Further, this report highlight
