irresponsible behaviour. Another problem in the organisation is lack of motivation among
employees, Adam is not much dedicated towards his work and his absences increased. Jane, on
the other hand wanted to an increment in her basic salary and she is also looking for a new job
to obtain job satisfaction.
2. The major cause of the described problems or issues is improper leadership, it is important for a
leader to understand and solve issue among the followers or team. The previous manager was
busy working on developing strategies for the organisation; he did not pay attention to the
issues such as lack of motivation, difference in working culture or method etc. Therefore, the
main reason for various problems is lack of effective leadership.
3. The various issues such as lack of motivation, conflict among employees due to different
working styles or lack of coordination and employee dissatisfaction can be resolved by effective
leadership. The manager should focus on developing coordination among employee, the
organisation should offer different reward system or other benefits such as sick leaves to
employees. The employees should be provided effective training and guidelines in order to
eliminate any conflict situation among the team members Ward, (2016).
