Literature Review
Introduction
Leadership Challenge Program is focused on the behavioral preferences, tendencies
among the leadership, and the efficiency of the different kinds of the preferences in both the
short term as well as the long term. Leadership Challenge Programs can thus be said to as the
understanding of the dynamics of leadership that is presented the understanding of the variety of
different psychological instrument results and the way they reveal the individual’s approach to
leadership challenge in a number of different scenarios. Leadership challenge programs generally
addresses different kinds of the change, decision making as well as different kinds of conflict
resolution are addressed (Nielsen and Taris 2019). The literature review has identified an
discussed about Leadership Challenge Programs in the most smart and efficient manner. The

Leadership constantly presents different kinds of the challenges to a leader and also acts as a
main hurdle or test to their challenges (Johnson 2017). According to, Kickbusch Cassels and Liu
(2016) the following challenges surely present a tough time to the leaders but on the other hand
presents the best opportunity to the leaders to ensure their own professional growth. Being a
leader itself is a huge challenge for the employees working in the business organization. There
are three different kinds of challenges that the leaders generally face. They are External
Challenges, Internal challenges and the challenges that are created within the roles of the
leadership. These challenges cause are both the source of advantage as well as the source of
disadvantage for the management of the business organization.
Overall Objective of the Leadership Challenge Program
The leadership challenges program can be one of the best sources for the organization to
ensure the change in the mindset of the employees. The implementation of the leadership
challenges program helps the employees to gain the necessary leadership qualities that can help
them to turn into extraordinary business leaders (Grubb 2015). The transformation of the
employees into the business leaders helps the organization to ensure the increase of business
productivity and also ensure the professional development f the employees as experienced
business leaders.

The aims and objectives of the Leadership Challenges Program are as follows;
a. Winning Attitude- The leader must have a winning attitude in him which can help him
to ensure his success in the professional front as well as ensure the productivity of the
business. The winning attitude of the leaders also helps them to become the idols for a
large number of other employees in the organization.
b. Leadership Skills- The leadership skills of the employees can be attained in the

attaining success in the market. The leaders in an organization try to develop a team in
order to ensure the success of the business in a proper manner.
e. Communication Skills- Communication is one of the most primary skills that needs to
be addressed by the management of the business in order to ensure success of the
business. The leaders will have to create channels of communication in order to keep a
constant touch with both the employees and the customers of the business organization.
Impact of the Leadership Program
The leadership Challenge perspectives are beyond the reach of different kinds of
organizational limits. This includes the limits of small, medium as well as large scale business
