Individualism and collectivism approach, accountability and optimism. These are the approaches
that should be considered by the leaders as it can assist in resolving the issues or the challenges
that are faced in the Today’s business world. So it can be said that the leaders should be smart
enough so that the challenges faced by the leaders can be resolved in a smart way. If the
