Reflecting on leadership style, its strengths, and apply them to current scenarios
Leadership style is very important it associated with the persistence, consistency, problem
solving skills which makes a person a successful leader. As for me it is important to know
about the strength and weakness which is done by the self reflection it enables to learn from
the experiences also enables to make changes for development. I possess good skill as I
always proceed to organise my work so it helps me to carry out any complex task effectively.
As for me as a public health leader it is important to bring all the societal people together first
I need to prepare a effective strategy so that it is well understood by the community people.
For me as a health leader it is necessary to enable my team to work together as for that I need
to encourage or praise them for their effort. It makes the team member to feel positive and
allow them to effectively deal with the people to resolve their problem (Couch and et.al
(2018)). As per the scenario based on my skills I also work collaborate with the people to
resolve the issue which is seen between 5 countries as I also proceed to bring all the leaders
together by communicating with them or with good negotiation skills so that it enables them
to attend the meeting to find the solution. I used to aware people about the disease or to allow
my team to interact with people to make them aware about the disease also to give them a
sort of precautions. I also initiate to work with local community leader so that they help to
measure the community condition. Therefore in such condition it is important for me to
prepare a effective plan which makes the stakeholders to take part into project or they can
raise the fund for the implementation of the project.
Action plan always help to assess the insight view so that improvement can be made for good
outcomes.
